My name is Jennifer Hatton. I am a Red Seal Pastry Chef from Vancouver, Canada. I live and work in Los Cabos, Mexico, supplying dessert delicacies to restaurants, caterers and all of my wonderful brides!

I specialize in fantasy and themed wedding cakes. I use high quality imported products from the United States and Europe to create the perfect desserts, sweets and wedding cakes.

I like to work directly with brides and get to know them a little over the internet. It provides me with information to help create the perfect Wedding Cake that puts the finishing touches on their perfect wedding day.
